A lunchtime seminar by Gerald Skinner: Russia since the cold war

Ambassador Skinner is a retired Canadian diplomat with a wealth of experience – both as a diplomat in the field and as an academic – in the countries of the former Soviet Union.  His areas of special interest include Soviet/Russian foreign policy, East-West relations, and international security issues, including those related to the Middle East and the Soviet successor states in the Baltic area and Central Asia. From 2004 to 2006, he was nominated to St Antonys College, University of Oxford as Senior Associate Member.
