    The IES is proud to announce that it--in conjunction with the French Consulate General in Vancouver and the German Consulate General in Vancouver--will be hosting an international symposium of German, French and Canadian speakers in order to discuss Franco-German relations and commemorate the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Élysée.
