Roxana completed her MA in European Studies in May 2008 focusing on European economic and development policy. Prior to that she obtained a BA with distinction in International Relations from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, (ITESM; Monterrey, Mexico) in 2002. She interned in Washington, DC at the USMCOC and later on worked at the Eurocentro Bancomext, an office established within the Mexican  Bank for Foreign Trade in cooperation with the European Commission, that seeks to develop and support Mexican – EU commercial relations. Roxana is currently working as an Administrator with the IES.
